MONDAY BEFORE QUICKLY MOVING INTO QUEBEC AT 29.8 INCHES ON MONDAY
EVENING. A COLD FRONT TRAILING THIS LOW WILL MOVE ACROSS LAKE
SUPERIOR LATE MONDAY AFTERNOON INTO MONDAY NIGHT. BEHIND THE COLD
FRONT...HIGH PRESSURE OVER 30.4 INCHES OVER CENTRAL CANADA WILL BUILD
SOUTH ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY
TUESDAY...THEN ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY. A WEAK TROUGH OF LOW
PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES WILL PASS ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR FROM
