SATURDAY AFTERNOON. MEANWHILE...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER
WESTERN HUDSON BAY TONIGHT WILL BRING A 29.8 INCH TROUGH INTO THE
UPPER GREAT LAKES LATE TONIGHT AND SATURDAY. THE LOW WILL THEN MOVE
SOUTH OF JAMES BAY SATURDAY AFTERNOON...THEN LIFT INTO QUEBEC THROUGH
TUESDAY. THIS WILL EXPAND THE 29.8 INCH TROUGH INTO THE LOWER GREAT
LAKES THROUGH TUESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES EXTENDING FROM
THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES TO THE CENTRAL PLAINS TUESDAY EVENING WILL
