AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO
WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY OVER ONTARIO THROUGH WEDNESDAY
MORNING. ON WEDNESDAY MORNING...THE LOW WILL WEAKEN TO 29.7 INCHES
TO THE NORTHEAST OF LAKE SUPERIOR...WHILE IT EXITS INTO QUEBEC. A
NARROW SURFACE RIDGE AROUND 30.0 INCHES WILL THEN MOVE ACROSS THE
