WILL REACH THE SOUTHEASTERN U.S. BY FRIDAY MORNING AS LOW PRESSURE OF
29.5 INCHES DEVELOPS OVER THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS. EXPECT THE LOW TO
TRACK EAST ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES SATURDAY AND THEN REACH
QUEBEC BY SUNDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL SHIFT TO NORTHEASTERN QUEBEC
