QUEBEC ON SUNDAY. MEANWHILE...A 29.5 INCH LOW OVER THE SOUTHERN
PLAINS WILL MOVE INTO THE OHIO VALLEY ON SUNDAY. A 30.4 INCH HIGH
PRESSURE IN THE PLAINS SUNDAY WILL EXPAND INTO THE WESTERN GREAT
LAKES ON MONDAY. THIS RIDGE WILL DISSIPATE TUESDAY MORNING AS A 29.5
INCH LOW PRESSURE TRACKS SOUTHEASTWARD ACROSS FAR NORTHERN ONTARIO.
AS THE LOW MOVES OVER NORTHERN QUEBEC WEDNESDAY...A 29.7 INCH TROUGH
