INCH LOW CURRENTLY OVER NORTHERN QUEBEC AND A BROAD 29.8 INCH AREA
OF LOW PRESSURE NEAR JAMES BAY. A 30.1 INCH HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD
OVER LAKE SUPERIOR ON FRIDAY AND REMAIN THROUGH SATURDAY. AS THIS
HIGH SINKS INTO THE LOWER GREAT LAKES ON SUNDAY...A LOW PRESSURE
TROUGH AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES WILL APPROACH THE UPPER LAKES. HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES OVER SOUTHERN MANITOBA SUNDAY EVENING WILL
