IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES WILL STAY ACROSS
CENTRAL MANITOBA THIS MORNING...BEFORE WEAKENING TO 29.6 INCHES
OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO THIS EVENING. THIS LOW WILL REMAIN NEARLY
STATIONARY OVER ONTARIO THROUGH THE WEEKEND INTO WEDNESDAY
MORNING. ON WEDNESDAY MORNING THE LOW WEAKENS TO 29.7 INCHES TO
THE NORTHEAST OF LAKE SUPERIOR AS IT EXITS INTO QUEBEC. A NARROW
SURFACE RIDGE AROUND 30.0 INCHES WILL THEN MOVE ACROSS THE GREAT
LAKES THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.
