.SYNOPSIS...28.8 INCH LOW PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO LIFT NORTHEAST
THROUGH NORTHERN QUEBEC THIS AFTERNOON AS A RIDGE AXIS EXTENDING
NORTH OF A 30.3 INCH HIGH PRESSURE CENTER OVER THE SOUTHEAST STATES
CROSSES THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. AS THIS RIDGE SHIFTS OVER SOUTHEAST
CANADA TONIGHT AND INTO NEW ENGLAND ON FRIDAY...A WEAK TROUGH OF LOW
PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR. THIS
TROUGH WILL STALL OVER THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES ON FRIDAY
NIGHT...ALLOWING A WEAK 29.9 INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM TO MOVE FROM
THE UPPER MIDWEST THROUGH LOWER MICHIGAN...AND INTO SOUTHEAST ONTARIO
ON SATURDAY. AS A 30.8 INCH HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS INTO WESTERN
CANADA...AND ANOTHER 30.3 INCH HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVES FROM THE
PLAINS TOWARD THE OHIO RIVER VALLEY ON SUNDAY...EXPECT A WEAK TROUGH
OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES TO DROP SOUTH THROUGH THE UPPER
GREAT LAKES. THE HIGH IN WESTERN CANADA WILL MOVE INTO THE NORTHERN
PLAINS ON MONDAY.
