WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER THE OHIO VALLEY WILL
TRACK OVER THE EASTERN GREAT LAKES AND MID ATLANTIC THURSDAY AND
MOVE EAST OF NEW ENGLAND. A 29.9 INCH RIDGE EXTENDING FROM THE
WESTERN DAKOTAS TO HUDSON BAY TODAY WILL REACH THE UPPER GREAT LAKES
ON THURSDAY AND WEAKEN TO 29.7 INCHES. THIS RIDGE WILL SHIFT EAST ON
FRIDAY AS LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES MOVES INTO CENTRAL MANITOBA.
THIS LOW WILL WEAKEN TO 29.5 INCHES OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO ON
SATURDAY AND REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY THROUGH SUNDAY. THE LOW WILL
MOVE INTO NORTHERN QUEBEC ON MONDAY.
