.SYNOPSIS...A 30.2 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL EXTEND FROM NEAR
JAMES BAY INTO THE UPPER MIDWEST TODAY. THIS HIGH WILL SHIFT SLOWLY
SOUTHEAST...REACHING THE MID ATLANTIC STATES ON TUESDAY.
MEANWHILE...A 29.4 INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER SOUTHERN
SASKATCHEWAN TODAY WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS SOUTHERN CANADA AND INTO
ONTARIO BY TUESDAY...WEAKENING TO 29.7 INCHES. THIS LOW WILL CONTINUE
INTO QUEBEC ON WEDNESDAY AND DRAG A COLD FRONT INTO THE UPPER GREAT
LAKES TUESDAY NIGHT. THE FRONT WILL THEN STALL JUST TO THE SOUTH OF
LAKE SUPERIOR WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY AS A 29.7 INCH LOW PRESSURE
MOVES FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS INTO THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER
VALLEY.
