FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE SUPERIOR

.SYNOPSIS...A WEAK LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES OVER
THE UPPER GREAT LAKES WILL DISSIPATE OVERNIGHT AS HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.2 INCHES NEAR JAMES BAY MERGES WITH A 30.1 INCH HIGH ACROSS THE
UPPER MIDWEST. THE HIGH WILL THEN SHIFT SLOWLY SOUTHEAST OVER LOWER
MICHIGAN ON SUNDAY AND INTO THE MID ATLANTIC STATES ON TUESDAY. A
29.4 INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM DEVELOPING OVER SOUTHERN SASKATCHEWAN
ON SUNDAY WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS SOUTHERN CANADA AND INTO ONTARIO ON
TUESDAY...WEAKENING TO 29.7 INCHES. THIS LOW WILL CONTINUE INTO
QUEBEC ON WEDNESDAY AND DRAG A COLD FRONT INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES
ON TUESDAY NIGHT. THE FRONT WILL THEN STALL JUST TO THE SOUTH OF LAKE
SUPERIOR ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY AS A 29.7 INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER
THE CENTRAL PLAINS MOVES TOWARD THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY.
