ENGLAND WITH ANOTHER LOW MOVING UP THE EAST COAST AND DEEPEN TO 29.4
INCHES ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT. EXPECT A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING
30.2 INCHES EXTENDING WEST FROM THIS LOW TO REMAIN OVER LAKE SUPERIOR
THROUGH WEDNESDAY WHILE A 30.4 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE OVER SOUTH
CENTRAL CANADA DRIFTS OVER NORTHWEST MINNESOTA. THIS HIGH WILL DRIFT
SLOWLY SOUTHEAST INTO THE GREAT LAKES THROUGH SATURDAY AND WEAKEN TO
