LOWER MICHIGAN ON TUESDAY BEFORE DISSIPATING AS IT MOVES TOWARD NEW
ENGLAND. LATER WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY...BROAD HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1
INCHES WILL SET UP NEAR THE EASTERN SEABOARD WHILE BROAD LOW PRESSURE
