WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER WESTERN WISCONSIN WILL
REACH LAKE SUPERIOR THIS EVENING AND WESTERN ONTARIO MONDAY
MORNING. THE LOW WILL REACH NORTHERN QUEBEC ON TUESDAY WITH A
LINGERING TROUGH AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES OVER THE WESTERN GREAT
LAKES. A 29.6 INCH LOW PRESSURE WILL DEVELOP ON THIS TROUGH
TUESDAY AND DISSIPATE OVER EASTERN ONTARIO WEDNESDAY. A 30.0 INCH
RIDGE OVER MINNESOTA WEDNESDAY MORNING WILL WEAKEN TO 29.9 INCHES
OVER THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES ON THURSDAY.
