OVER THE CENTRAL AND NORTHERN PLAINS. THIS LOW WILL TRACK TO NORTHERN
MINNESOTA SUNDAY EVENING AND CROSS LAKE SUPERIOR MONDAY AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. EXPECT THE LOW TO TRACK NORTHEAST OVER QUEBEC ON TUESDAY
WHILE WEAKENING TO 29.8 INCHES. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES OVER THE
NORTHERN PLAINS TUESDAY MORNING WILL WEAKEN TO 30.4 INCHES AS IT
