TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY AS THE 30.2 INCH RIDGE TRAVERSES THE
NORTHERN PLAINS. THE RIDGE WILL WEAKEN TO 30.0 INCHES AND SHIFT
OVER THE THE NORTHERN GREAT LAKES REGION ON WEDNESDAY AS THE LOW
