INCH HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES WILL BUILD INTO THE
NORTHERN PLAINS ON MONDAY. THIS HIGH WILL SLOWLY BUILD INTO THE UPPER
GREAT LAKES REGION ON TUESDAY WHILE WEAKENING TO 30.0 INCHES. THIS
HIGH WILL DRIFT ACROSS MICHIGAN WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY...THEN
STRENGTHEN TO 30.1 INCHES AS IT REACHES THE LOWER GREAT LAKES
