.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES OVER THE MID MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY AND AN ASSOCIATED 30.2 INCH RIDGE EXTENDING NORTHWARD ACROSS
WISCONSIN AND WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY
THROUGH FRIDAY. THE RIDGE WILL PUSH OVER THE LOWER GREAT LAKES BY
SUNDAY AS A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH OF 29.8 INCHES MOVES FROM THE
NORTHERN PLAINS TO MINNESOTA. EXPECT THE LOW PRESSURE TROUGH TO CROSS
LAKE SUPERIOR ON MONDAY AND THE LOWER GREAT LAKES ON TUESDAY AS HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES EXPANDS FROM CENTRAL CANADA TO THE NORTHERN
PLAINS. THE HIGH WILL WEAKEN TO 30.3 INCHES AS IT MOVES OVER THE
WESTERN GREAT LAKES ON WEDNESDAY.
