INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE BUILDS FROM WESTERN ONTARIO THROUGH THE
CENTRAL PLAINS INTO WEDNESDAY. EXPECT THIS RIDGE TO EXTEND FROM
SASKATCHEWAN THROUGH MINNESOTA AND INTO THE OHIO VALLEY ON THURSDAY.
ANOTHER LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES WILL CROSS THE
UPPER LAKES EARLY ON FRIDAY WHILE A HIGH PRESSURE CENTER BUILDS TO
30.7 INCHES OVER MANITOBA.
