ATLANTIC STATES. ANOTHER 29.3 INCH LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPING OVER THE
CENTRAL PLAINS ON TUESDAY WILL REACH LOWER MICHIGAN ON WEDNESDAY. AS
THIS LOW SHIFTS INTO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES ON THURSDAY...A LOW
PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES WILL LINGER OVER THE UPPER
GREAT LAKES. MEANWHILE...A 30.3 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE BUILDS INTO
THE WESTERN PLAINS. THE TROUGH WEAKENS TO 29.9 INCHES OVER THE UPPER
