29.7 INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER MANITOBA AND THE DAKOTAS MONDAY MORNING
SHOULD THEN PUSH ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON TUESDAY AND LINGER
INTO WEDNESDAY...FILLING TO 29.8 INCHES. BY LATE WEDNESDAY...BROAD
