BUILD SOUTHEAST TO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES THURSDAY AS LOW PRESSURE OF
29.2 INCHES ORGANIZES OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THIS LOW WILL TRACK
NORTHEAST...REACHING GEORGIAN BAY SATURDAY MORNING AND THEN QUEBEC
SATURDAY AFTERNOON. IN ITS WAKE...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL
BUILD OVER THE PLAINS SATURDAY AND SLIDE THROUGH THE MID MISSISSIPPI
