29.5 INCHES ACROSS SOUTHERN MINNESOTA MONDAY MORNING...AND THEN
MOVE ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR MONDAY NIGHT WHILE WEAKENING TO 29.6
INCHES. A 29.7 INCH LOW WILL DEVELOP OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES
WEDNESDAY MORNING WHERE IT WILL REMAIN STATIONARY ON WEDNESDAY WHILE
