For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Superior

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...29.5 inch low pressure just to the south of Duluth
this evening will track eastward across Lake Superior late
tonight through Thursday morning. A 29.7 inch trough will then
linger over the Upper Great Lakes into Saturday night. The trough
will lift to the northeast on Sunday ahead of a 30.0 inch ridge
building across the Upper Mississippi Valley and western Great
Lakes Monday into Tuesday.
