LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES WILL THEN MOVE THROUGH
MINNESOTA THIS MORNING AND ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES TONIGHT. IN
ITS WAKE...EXPECT A 30.1 INCH HIGH PRESSURE NEAR LAKE WINNIPEG ON
MONDAY MORNING TO SETTLE OVER THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES ON TUESDAY AND
THEN INTO THE MID ATLANTIC STATES ON WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY.
