CENTRAL PLAINS TO LOWER MICHIGAN. THE LOW WILL MOVE OFF THE EAST
COAST LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON AS A 30.4 INCH RIDGE MOVES OVER THE
NORTHERN GREAT LAKES. THE RIDGE WILL LINGER OVER THE NORTHERN
GREAT LAKES THROUGH SATURDAY. A WEAK 30.0 INCH TROUGH QUICKLY
