AS AN ASSOCIATED TROUGH SWINGS NORTHWARD FROM THE MID MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. THE LOW WILL THEN LINGER OVER
THE GREAT LAKES REGION THROUGH WEDNESDAY NIGHT. A 29.9 INCH TROUGH
WILL REMAIN OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES THURSDAY AND FRIDAY AS A 30.4
INCH HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS ACROSS THE PLAINS.
