ATLANTIC STATES ON SATURDAY BEFORE SHIFTING OFF THE EAST COAST ON
SUNDAY. A 29.6 INCH LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPING IN SASKATCHEWAN TODAY
WILL MOVE EAST THROUGH MANITOBA ON SATURDAY AND THEN THROUGH NORTHERN
ONTARIO ON SUNDAY. THIS LOW WILL DEEPEN TO 29.4 INCHES SOUTHWEST OF
JAMES BAY LATE SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY MORNING...WHILE DRAGGING A LOW
PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.6 INCHES ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR. A WEAK
29.8 INCH TROUGH WILL REMAIN DRAPED ACROSS NORTHERN AND SOUTHEAST
ONTARIO THROUGH TUESDAY AS A 30.0 INCH RIDGE BUILDS OVER THE NORTHERN
