AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 INCH LOW PRESSURE OVER WESTERN UPPER MICHIGAN
WILL MOVE OVER WESTERN ONTARIO BY MONDAY MORNING. THE LOW WILL REACH
NORTHERN QUEBEC ON TUESDAY WITH A LINGERING TROUGH AVERAGING 29.8
INCHES OVER THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES. A 29.6 INCH LOW PRESSURE WILL
DEVELOP ON THIS TROUGH TUESDAY AND DISSIPATE OVER EASTERN ONTARIO
WEDNESDAY. A 30.0 INCH RIDGE OVER MINNESOTA WEDNESDAY MORNING WILL
WEAKEN TO 29.9 INCHES OVER THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES ON THURSDAY. AS A
29.5 INCH LOW MAKES ITS WAY FROM THE OHIO VALLEY TO EASTERN ONTARIO.
BY FRIDAY...THE LOW WILL REACH QUEBEC WHILE THE RIDGE SLIDES TO THE
EAST.
