SLIDE OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. EXPECT THE HIGH TO WEAKEN TO 30.0
INCHES BY WEDNESDAY NIGHT AS A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH OF 29.9 INCHES
CROSSES NORTHERN ONTARIO. AS THIS TROUGH SLIDES OVER QUEBEC BY
FRIDAY...THE HIGH WILL REBUILD FROM THE OHIO VALLEY TO THE UPPER
GREAT LAKES. PLAN ON THE HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE TO LINGER OVER MOST OF
