Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.7 inch low will cross lake superior today into
early tonight. A 29.3 inch low pressure will then develop across
southern Manitoba Friday and track eastward to central Quebec by
midday Saturday. On Sunday morning, a 29.6 inch low over the
Colorado Rockies will eject into the central plains and deepen to
29.4 inches as it moves across the Western Great Lakes late
Monday.
