BROAD LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS WILL MOVE
EASTWARD...CROSSING THE UPPER GREAT LAKES LATE TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY.
THE LOW WILL THEN DEEPEN TO 29.2 INCHES WHILE LIFTING TO NEAR JAMES
BAY BY WEDNESDAY MORNING. A WEAK 30.1 INCH HIGH PRESSURE RIDGE WILL
DRIFT FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS TO THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY ON
WEDNESDAY...AND TO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON THURSDAY. BY
FRIDAY...30.5 INCH HIGH PRESSURE OVER CENTRAL CANADA WILL DROP INTO
