MANITOBA WILL MOVE TO NEAR JAMES BAY THIS EVENING... DRAGGING A COLD
FRONT ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR TODAY. AS THE LOW DRIFTS INTO QUEBEC ON
WEDNESDAY AND WEAKENS TO 29.5 INCHES...EXPECT A 30.7 INCH HIGH
PRESSURE SYSTEM TO BUILD INTO SOUTH CENTRAL CANADA. THIS HIGH WILL
SETTLE INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS ON THURSDAY AND THEN DRIFT INTO THE
LOWER GREAT LAKES ON FRIDAY AND THE MID ATLANTIC STATES ON SATURDAY.
