MORNING WILL MOVE SLOWLY TO THE MID ATLANTIC STATES ON SUNDAY AND
WEAKEN TO 30.1 INCHES. EXPECT A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 30.0
INCHES DROPPING SOUTH THROUGH ONTARIO ON SUNDAY TO CROSS THE UPPER
LAKES SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES BUILDS
INTO NORTHERN ONTARIO. THIS HIGH WILL THEN SHIFT OVER THE CANADIAN
MARITIMES ON TUESDAY BUT EXTEND A RIDGE AXIS AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES
WEST INTO THE UPPER LAKES. ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY...A 29.4 INCH LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL MOVE FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS INTO MANITOBA.
