LOW MOVES ACROSS QUEBEC ON MONDAY...THE RIDGE WILL DRIFT NORTH TO THE
UPPER GREAT LAKES. A LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES LIFTING INTO THE
SOUTHERN PLAINS MONDAY WILL THEN TRACK NORTHEAST...PASSING ACROSS
LOWER MICHIGAN ON TUESDAY BEFORE DISSIPATING AS IT MOVES INTO
