NORTHWEST GREAT LAKES WILL GRADUALLY DISSIPATE TODAY. A 29.4 INCH
LOW PRESSURE OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS THIS MORNING WILL MOVE OVER
LOWER MICHIGAN ON WEDNESDAY. ALTHOUGH THIS LOW WILL DISSIPATE ON
THURSDAY AS IT DRIFTS INTO QUEBEC...EXPECT A LOW PRESSURE TROUGH
AVERAGING 29.8 INCHES TO LINGER OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES ON THE
WESTERN FLANK OF ANOTHER 29.1 INCH LOW PRESSURE MOVING INTO QUEBEC.
THE TROUGH OVER THE UPPER LAKES WILL WEAKEN ON FRIDAY AS A WEAK
RIDGE AXIS PUSHES INTO THE AREA TO THE EAST OF A SPRAWLING 30.7 INCH
HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE NORTHERN ROCKIES. THEN ANOTHER 29.7 INCH
TROUGH WILL MOVE ACROSS THE UPPER LAKES ON SATURDAY.
