Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the
highest 1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the
average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure system of 30.2 inches located over the
southern Great Lakes will drift east overnight, reaching New
England by Saturday morning. A 29.7 inch trough will then track
across the Upper Great Lakes Saturday evening. Brief ridging of
30.1 inches will pass through the area on Sunday followed by a
trough of 29.7 inches late on Monday. High pressure of 30.6
inches will then cross into the northern Plains late Tuesday,
reaching the Great Lakes by Wednesday evening.
