.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES OVER THE TENNESSEE VALLEY
AND AN ASSOCIATED 30.2 INCH RIDGE EXTENDING NORTHWARD ACROSS THE
UPPER GREAT LAKES WILL REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY TODAY INTO TONIGHT.
MEANWHILE...A 29.7 INCH LOW IN EASTERN MONTANA WILL SHIFT EAST INTO
THE DAKOTAS AS IT WEAKENS AND BECOMES AN ELONGATED 29.8 INCH TROUGH
STRETCHING SOUTH THROUGH THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THE RIDGE WILL PUSH OVER
THE LOWER GREAT LAKES ON SUNDAY AS THE TROUGH IN THE DAKOTAS MOVES
INTO MINNESOTA. EXPECT THE TROUGH TO BEGIN CROSSING LAKE SUPERIOR ON
MONDAY...WHILE A 29.6 INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM LIFTS NORTHEAST OUT OF
THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THIS LOW WILL MOVE THROUGH NORTHERN LOWER
MICHIGAN ON TUESDAY AND REACH QUEBEC ON WEDNESDAY. BEHIND THIS
LOW...A 30.1 INCH TROUGH WILL STRETCH WEST ACROSS LAKE SUPERIOR ON
WEDNESDAY...WHILE A 30.4 INCH HIGH BUILDS INTO NORTHWEST MINNESOTA.
