CENTERED OVER FAR NORTHWEST ONTARIO WILL MOVE EAST TO NEAR JAMES BAY.
THIS LOW WILL DRIFT INTO NORTHERN QUEBEC ON SATURDAY...DRAGGING A LOW
PRESSURE TROUGH AVERAGING 29.7 INCHES ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES. A
30.1 INCH HIGH PRESSURE WILL FOLLOW INTO FAR NORTHWEST QUEBEC THROUGH
SATURDAY NIGHT WHILE A 29.5 INCH LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER
SASKATCHEWAN ON SATURDAY SLIDES SOUTHEAST AND INTO WISCONSIN ON
SUNDAY MORNING. EXPECT THIS LOW TO CONTINUE TO THE
SOUTHEAST...REACHING THE MID ATLANTIC STATES ON MONDAY MORNING.
MEANWHILE...THE HIGH OVER NORTHWEST ONTARIO WILL BUILD SLOWLY TO THE
EAST AND INTO QUEBEC ON MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY. A LOW PRESSURE
