GREAT LAKES REGION. THIS TROUGH WILL STALL OVER THE REGION FRIDAY
NIGHT AT 29.9 INCHES...ALLOWING A 29.8 INCH LOW TO MOVE NORTHEAST
ALONG IT THROUGH NORTHERN LOWER MICHIGAN ON SATURDAY AND INTO
