WEATHER SUMMARY FOR MINNESOTA
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TWIN CITIES MN
455 AM CDT TUE MAY 17 2016

A cool but quiet day is expected across the state behind a cold
front that passed through the area yesterday. A few light showers
were observed across far southern Minnesota late last evening, but
there is no rain in the forecast for the next several days. Today
will feature an afternoon where temperatures struggle to reach the
lower 60s even with a fair amount of sunshine, but the warm up
begins on Wednesday. High temperatures will be in the 70s across
most of southern Minnesota from Wednesday onward, possibly even
hitting 80 this weekend. Northern Minnesota will be mild but just a
bit cooler and may have a couple days where high temperatures remain
in the mid to upper 60s.
