PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT...SKIES WERE CLEAR ACROSS THE STATE WITH
TEMPERATURES FALLING INTO THE 50S AND 60S. AFTER MIDNIGHT...CLOUDS
BEGUN TO INCREASE IN THE SOUTHWEST WITH A FEW SHOWERS THAT DEVELOPED
NEAR MADISON AND MARSHALL PRIOR TO 4 AM. ELSEWHERE...SKIES REMAINED
CLEAR WITH PRE DAWN TEMPERATURES IN THE 40S IN THE ARROWHEAD...TO
THE 60S IN THE SOUTHWEST.

OTHER THAN A FEW SPOTTY SHOWERS THIS MORNING IN THE WEST AND
SOUTH...SKIES SHOULD REMAIN PARTLY CLOUDY WITH TEMPERATURES WARMING
INTO THE 60S AND 70S. BY THE AFTERNOON...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS
WILL BE POSSIBLE IN CENTRAL AND NORTHERN MINNESOTA. HIGHS WILL
REBOUND INTO THE 70S AND 80S...WITH A FEW 90S POSSIBLE IN WEST
CENTRAL MINNESOTA DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL BEGIN TO
INCREASE FROM THE SOUTH WITH GUSTY WINDS DEVELOPING IN THE WEST BY
THE AFTERNOON.
