CLOUDS COVERED THE SOUTHEASTERN AND NORTHERN THIRD OF THE STATE LATE
THIS MORNING. TEMPERATURES AT 11 AM RANGED FROM 27 DEGREES AT THE
GRAND MARAIS AIRPORT TO 39 DEGREES AT MADISON.

SOUTHERLY WINDS ACROSS THE STATE HAS DELIVERED WARMER AIR...AND THIS
TREND WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.  TEMPERATURES ARE
EXPECTED TO WARM ABOVE FREEZING ACROSS THE ENTIRE STATE AS SOUTHERLY
WINDS CONTINUE. LIGHT RAIN WILL DEVELOP OVER THE SOUTHEASTERN PART
OF THE STATE TONIGHT WITH SOME PATCHY FREEZING DRIZZLE OVER THE
NORTHEAST. A STRONG LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL DEVELOP AND MOVE
THROUGH THE GREAT LAKES IN THE COMING DAYS.  MONDAY IS OF PARTICULAR
CONCERN HAS SOME LIGHT SNOW AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE...AND WILL BE
COMBINED WITH VERY STRONG WINDS AND PLUMMETING TEMPERATURES INTO
TUESDAY.
