A SHARP UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WAS LOCATED OVER NORTHERN IOWA AND
SOUTHERN MINNESOTA LATE THIS MORNING...WITH HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING
ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS. LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN WAS FALLING
OVER SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AT 11 AM. RAINFALL AMOUNTS WERE HIGHEST
OVER PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA...AND GENERALLY RANGED FROM A
TRACE UP TO A LITTLE MORE THAN HALF AN INCH. TEMPERATURES RANGED
FROM THE UPPER 40S NORTHEAST...TO AROUND 60S DEGREES NEAR
MONTEVIDEO.

THE DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE EAST INTO WISCONSIN THIS AFTERNOON AND
HIGH PRESSURE WILL CONTINUE TO BUILD. RAIN WILL END OVER THE
SOUTHEAST AND SKIES WILL GRADUALLY CLEAR. CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED
TO REMAIN DRY OVERNIGHT. AREAS OF FOG ARE LIKELY...ESPECIALLY IN
THE LOCATIONS WHICH RECEIVED RAIN TODAY...MAINLY SOUTHERN
MINNESOTA. TEMPERATURES THIS AFTERNOON WILL CLIMB INTO THE MIDDLE
50S NORTHEAST AND THE MIDDLE 60S SOUTHWEST. LOWS TONIGHT WILL
RANGE FROM THE UPPER 30S NORTHEAST...TO THE LOW 40S WEST.

HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN THE PRIMARY WEATHER FEATURE ON TUESDAY.
ANTICIPATE GENERALLY PARTLY CLOUDY TO PARTLY SUNNY SKIES ACROSS
THE STATE...WITH THE HIGHEST CLOUD COVERAGE ACROSS THE NORTH.
TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE A GRADUAL UPWARD TREND WITH AFTERNOON
HIGHS IN THE MIDDLE 60S EAST...AND THE LOW 70S WEST.
