Some high cloudiness drifted across the region overnight as
temperatures cooled into the 20s, 30s and lower 40s. The cool spot
was in the northwest where pre dawn temperatures were around 28
degrees at Hallock and Crookston.

Gusty southwest winds will develop today in advance of a storm
system racing across central Canada, and high pressure south of
Minnesota.

This week will be well above normal in the temperature department
with readings averaging 10 to 20 degrees above normal. The next
chance of precipitation doesn`t occur until next weekend.
