URGENT - FIRE WEATHER MESSAGE

...FIRE WEATHER WATCH THIS AFTERNOON ACROSS SOUTHWEST
MINNESOTA...

.A FIRE WEATHER WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THIS AFTERNOON FOR AREAS
SOUTH AND WEST OF A LINE FROM GRANITE FALLS TO NEW ULM TO
FAIRMONT. STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP THIS MORNING ACROSS
WESTERN AND SOUTHERN MINNESOTA IN THE WAKE OF A COLD FRONT. WIND
SPEEDS WILL INCREASE TO 25 TO 35 MPH BY MID MORNING... AND
CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. WIND GUSTS FROM 45 TO 50 MPH CAN
BE EXPECTED AS WELL. HUMIDITY LEVELS IN THE MORNING WILL BE ABOVE
70 PERCENT...HOWEVER...BY THE AFTERNOON...HUMIDITY LEVELS ARE
EXPECTED TO DROP TO NEAR 40 PERCENT ACROSS THE WATCH AREA. THE
STRONG WINDS AND LOWERING HUMIDITY WILL COMBINE TO CREATE THE
THREAT FOR SEEING CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS.
