.DISCUSSION...

* A warming and drying trend ensues into the weekend as
  temperatures climb to 5-10 degrees above normal. Overnight
  humidity recoveries will be moderate (50-60%) into Friday,
  before decreasing Saturday and Sunday (40-50%). Minimum
  humidity will be poor each afternoon (around 20%).

* Northeast afternoon and evening breezes with gusts to 30
  mph are expected Thursday. Afternoon breezes will prevail
  through the weekend, except gusts will only top out around
  20-25 mph. Ventilation will be good into the weekend.

* A slight chance (10-15%) of afternoon thunderstorms begins
  Friday and continues into early next week.
