421 AM CST Thu Feb 23 2017

...WINTER STORM TO AFFECT PARTS OF THE NORTHLAND LATE TONIGHT
THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT...

.A winter storm is forecast to affect northwest Wisconsin and
parts of east-central Minnesota late tonight through Friday night.
The heaviest snow will likely fall during the day Friday into
Friday evening. Gusty winds will accompany this storm, especially
during the day on Friday and through Friday night, resulting in
blowing snow and reduced visibility. The forecast snowfall amounts
have been lowered some over Douglas, Bayfield, Pine, and Burnett
counties. However, the storm is still developing and it is
possible there could be a shift north and west, bringing higher
totals back into those areas.
