Rain is expected to arrive tonight across northern Lower Michigan...
with rain amounts of 0.10 to 0.25 inch expected west of I-75...and
0.25 to 0.50 inch east of I-75.  Rain should push out of northeast
Lower Michigan around daybreak Friday...after which winds will
pick up from the west during Friday morning.  Gusts to 30 mph
are expected from late morning through Friday afternoon.
