.DISCUSSION...

There will be a slight rise in moisture today, but conditions will still
be dry nonetheless. Min RH, while not as low as yesterday, will range from
30 to 35%. Winds are calm at the moment, but will shift to the southwest
this morning increasing to 5 to 8 mph with gusts up to 15 mph this afternoon.
Dispersion indices will be good as mixing heights rise to around 5000 feet.
A large region of high pressure remains centered to our southeast through
tomorrow, so similar conditions are expected for Monday, but winds won`t be
quite as breezy.
