...River Statement For The Cahaba River at Marion Junction...

.Heavy rainfall during the past 24 hours is producing rises on the
Cahaba River at Marion Junction. However, levels are now forecast to
remain below action stage.


The Cahaba River at Marion Junction.
* At 7:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 9.3 feet.
* Action stage is 15 feet.
* Flood stage is 36 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to a crest of 11.8 feet by Monday
  morning then levels will begin to slowly fall.

This will be the final river statement issued for this event.
