into the evening but the valley winds are forecast to be lighter today.
Valley will see west winds with the ridgetop seeing more northwesterly
winds this afternoon. Upper level ridge expands over the area from the
west Wednesday and Thursday. Temperatures will remain above normal with
diurnal winds.
