* WHAT...Visibility as low as a tenth of a miles in dense fog.

* WHERE...South Laramie Range and Foothills including the Interstate
  80 Summit between Cheyenne and Laramie, and Central Laramie County.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM MDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
